CHALK Markout Privacy Policy

CHALK Markout is a stage markout and project-preparation tool provided by Integratd Holdings Pty Ltd. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information, such as username, organization/workspace membership, and password authentication data.
• Project content you create or upload, including CSV data, markout points, project names, settings, revisions, and export-related data.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, such as request metadata, timestamps, and server logs.

How We Use Information

• To create and authenticate user accounts.
• To save, sync, load, and delete projects and revisions.
• To keep each user or organization workspace separate from other users and organizations.
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not use app data for third-party advertising or tracking. CHALK Markout uses Cloudflare services to host the app, API, database, and project snapshot storage. Apple may process information as part of App Store distribution, TestFlight, crash reporting, or app review.

Project Privacy

Self-created accounts are assigned to a private organization/workspace. Projects saved in that workspace are not shown to other users unless those users are later given access to the same organization/workspace.

Security

Network requests use HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes rather than plain text. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect app data.

Retention and Deletion

Account and project data is retained while the account or workspace remains active. Users or organizations can request deletion of account or project data through the support page.

Children

CHALK Markout is intended for professional stage, venue, production, and project workflows. It is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
